Farm Share CSA Members – This week’s share consists of: 

Hearty Mix OR Onions (your choice), Green Beans OR Okra (your choice), Kale, Radishes, Garlic, Peppers (your choice of which), Tomatoes, Squash OR Herbs (Basil and Sesame Leaf/Perilla) (your choice), Arugula OR More tomatoes.

Recipe Suggestions: 

French Onion Soup (I must recommend you use our bread in this recipe, instead of the baguette it calls for)

Sante Fe Burger (except use our Anaheim instead of the Pablano, and use a few of them instead of just one, as the recipe suggests.) 

Vodka Sauce (may we suggest this with fresh pasta from one of our local pasta vendors…with a side of blistered Padrone peppers)

** Public Farm Tour: Saturday, Sept 28, 4:00. Enjoy a walk around our farm with us as we describe our methods and why it’s important to grow diverse, organic vegetables on a small scale. No Fee, Family Friendly. Please – no pets.
