Farm Share CSA Members – this week’s share will likely consist of:
Carrots, Turnips, Korean Radish (We call these Sweet Giants. These are huge in size! Think of it like a turnip, not a radish. Slice into sticks for raw veggie eating or as a salad topping or use in stir fry or soup.), Garlic, Broccoli, Spinach, Salad Mix, Hearty Mix, Chard or Collards.
Market Share CSA Members: Choose your selection through our Online Store of the following harvest:
Our Farm Share Bag (consisting of the items in the Farm Share this week, in one easy to order option), Arugula, Asian Greens (Pac/Bok Choi, Komatsuna, Hon Tsai Tai, Tokyo Bekana), Beets (just a few), Carrots, Chard, Chinese Cabbage, “Regular” Cabbage, Cilantro, Collards, Escarole, Endive, Garlic, Hearty Mix, Kale, Lettuce, Peppers (Bell, Hungarian Wax, & Jalapeno), Radish (rose, sweet giant), Salad Mix, Tomatoes (just a very few), Turnips (Hakurei) …plus Naturally Leavened, Hearth Baked Bread.
