Baby info first, then veggies!

Beckett Zephyr  —  Born Thursday, Oct 16 at 3:55 am. 8 lbs 10 oz. (Beckett for the bees…Zephyr for the wind.) Beautifully healthy baby boy! Thank you for all of your kind words and gestures! He’ll be big and helping harvest spinach before we know it.

Farm Share CSA Members – this week’s share will likely consist of:
Lettuce Mix, Chinese (Napa) Cabbage (or Beets), Collards (or Kale), Garlic, Broccoli, Sweet Potatoes, Tomatoes, and Spinach!

Kale (or any green) and Roasted Vegetable Soup – (Use any green, not just kale, and you can use sweet potato instead of squash.)
Caesar Salad Dressing – the lettuce mix in the farm share this week is nice and crisp – perfect for caesar salad
Lentil and Sweet Potato Curry – calls for tomatoes
Oven Roasted Broccoli
Stir Fried Napa Cabbage with Mushrooms and Bacon
Napa Cabbage Salad with Apples and Buttermilk Dressing
