It’s a beautiful and delicious time of year. And the hottest, so it’s hard to spend time in the kitchen preserving tomatoes. But we think it’s worth it. See multiple canning/preserving recipes below.

Basil, Chard, Cilantro, Eggplant, Garlic, Microgreens, Parsley, Bell Peppers, Salad Mix, Summer Squash (yellow and zucchini), Tomatoes…and our Organic Bread .
