Spring:
Salad greens mix, lettuce, kale, hearty greens, arugula, spinach, radish, spring onions, turnips, peas, kohlrabi, broccoli, transplants for your garden.
Summer:
Salad greens mix, kale, chard, collards, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, okra, cut flowers, herbs, summer squash, cucumbers, green beans, onions, garlic, potatoes, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and a manner of other vegetables.
Fall:
Salad green mix, lettuces, hearty greens (kale, collards, chard, asian greens, etc), arugula, leeks, radish, beets, carrots, broccoli, broccoli raab, turnips, herbs, fennel, etc.
We are a Certified Naturally Grown farm. (This certification assures that we follow the same standards as the national Organic Standards set forth by the USDA but uses a different certifying body than Certified Organic.) All of our plants are grown using organic methods: compost as fertilizer, natural soil amendments, cover cropping and crop rotation. No chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides are ever used on your food. If you are curious about how we handle a particular farming challenge, just ask!
