Tomorrow is market day! The day we get to re-stock our fridge with the bounty from this week on the farm.
Some recipe suggestions for some of what we harvested for tomorrow:
Arugula Salad with Beets and Goat Cheese
After market, we hope you’ll join us for our Farm Tour on Saturday, at 4:00. We will have tomato plants for sale also during that time, as well as any produce remaining after market.
