Happy Food Day!; Orders & Mkts for 10/26

Happy Food Day, everyone! (It’s like Earth Day…for Food.) A day for celebrating real food, organic and sustainable farms, local food, and access to this real, organic food.

We’re doing our part – by picking (for market and orders)…

148

storing (root crops for dolling out over the next few weeks)…149

pulling in from the fields all the fruits that won’t live past the frost that is expected in the next few days (tomatoes, peppers, eggplants)…005

and spraying biodynamic preps.

We are thrilled with our humble farm stand (in-the-rough) this week! Stay tuned as we make it better, weatherproof, and with beautifully displayed produce (and bread). We still have quite a lot of tomatoes, peppers, and greens. 145

Feel free to stop by and serve yourself. This is an honor system, leave your money set up. Enjoy the benefits allowed by shopping outside of the mainstream system!
